Currently, we technically do support multiple samplers in that process indices are passed, but ultimately a TemperedSampler only contains one sampler<:AbstractMCMC.AbstractSampler. We should work on a method to support multiple samplers specified by a user directly or via a template such that they can be generated relative to the inverse temperature ladder.
