Version 2.x of the module now perform additional escaping for support of puppet 4.x and higher. The 1.x series are still compatible with 3.x

The only different is the 2.x manifests are generated with @PUP4X set to true in lib/brocade/puppetmanifest, and the 1.x version has it set to false. The flag enables the additional escaping.
