Contributing to AutoPredictor project

Thank you for considering contributing to the AutoPredictor package! This package is done as a first step when training your models, so the user can easily know which models work best out of the box.

Ways to Contribute

We welcome contributions in various forms, including but not limited to: code, documentation, bug reports/fixing, suggestion, and testing.

Forking the Repository: Start by forking the AutoPredictor project repository to your own GitHub account.

Cloning the Repository: Clone the forked repository to your local machine using the git clone command.

Creating a Branch: Please create a branch prior to working on the project in order for your Pull Request to be considered.

Making Changes: Make and commit your changes with clear and descriptive commit messages.

Opening a Pull Request: Explain your changes or issues in the pull request description.

Please be noted:

  • Pull Requests will be reviewed as fast as our team can look at them. Please be mindful that we are students, and our schedule can vary a bit.
  • New code should follow the PEP 8 styleguide.
