Issue with deployment

There seems to be problem with R deployment, some computer are able to show the graph while some cannot:

Trying to understand why this is happening... Please comment if you have any thoughts.

I have already gone to office hour and Tiffany can't solve it as well. She's reporting this issue to the whole teaching team as lots of groups met the same issue like us did.
