At the moment, invoking the WekaModel is causing some invocation of AWT/SWING that (On OSX and Windows) triggers a GUI launch. This isn't a real blocker, but is quite annoying. Without replacing WEKA, I'm not sure that this can be addressed, but it would be nice.
