  • Extend population to 2072 as we start to use 2022.5 as baseline for policies
  • Make distribution of viral load in partner age (and gender) specific ?
  • Testing as a benefit of getting back into care - consider modelling re-entry - cost of a test for those re-entering care
  • Should we consider possible population level changes in risk behaviour also beyond 2015 ?
  • How much of the covid disruption code to keep in and for how long
  • Change in sexual behaviour after diagnosis
  • Should clinic visit costs be lower ? (based on Ambit study)
  • Further consider *_year_interv variables
  • Consider again effect of baseline CD4 count and VL on virologic response
  • Check we remain OK with non-HIV population death rates
  • Model breastfeeding and transmission during this period rather than all transmission risk being in 3 month period of birth ?
  • Consider higher values for fold_tr_newp
  • decide on covid disruptions
  • work on prep vr code
  • should hard_reach predict art interruption and return ?
  • consider an evaluation of cost effectiveness of risk-informed hiv testing (ce according to degree of targeting)
