Yet again, we end up with duplicated nbr_of_projects entries in https://github.com/UCSF-HPC/wynton/blob/master/docs/_data/users.yml:

nbr_of_accounts: 1316
nbr_of_projects: 351
nbr_of_projects:

At least the fix to avoid nbr_of_projects: 0 (dd7918a) seems to have worked.
