CTRL+SHIFT+F Broken when multiple files are open #38
Comments
Strange, I cannot re-produce this issue, on my end Ctrl+Shift+F works irregardless. If anyone else is having this issue, please do elaborate :) |
On 1.2.7.1 it will periodically fail while the menu one always works Restarting the program fixes it, sometimes |
Just realized the problem is exactly the same on 1.3.1.0, so it's not a problem that was introduced in 1.3, it's a problem that has been here for a very long time it seems. For some reason I had never managed to get it before, but now that I use the program semi regularly, it happens very often. |
I think I found a clue:
Try opening one file, then another, then while the 2nd file tab is active, do a search with CTRL+SHIFT+F. this is how I managed to reproduce the issue on my end. |
Thanks, that does indeed seem to be the case, in fact it does occur on any shortcut, unless you manage to manually change the focus, doing so programmatically does not seem to have any effect. |
Hello, I had to downgrade to 1.2.X because after trying 1.3.0 and 1.3.2, on those versions global search using CTRL+SHIFT+F seems broken. It doesn't find anything. Going through the menus to do View => Find In Classes works normally.
Kind regards
