otu_table.taxa.txt with missing characters

Hi, I created a table to use with FUNGuild, and the first step runs without any problems. However, the created table (otu_table.taxa.txt) seems to lack the first characters of each cell.

OTU_ID | Kingdom | Phylum | Class | Order | Family | Genus | Species
ASV_1 | gi | omycota | charomycetes | charomycetales | ffomycetaceae | kerhamomyces | kerhamomyces_anomalus

Does anybody know how to fix this? Thank you!
