Update SOTI to be Compatible with TUK

Since the rework of our CAN code, the protocols we use for communication on the CAN bus have changed considerably. As a result, SOTI is no longer compatible with the new version.

Here is a list of things that have changed that require a rework:

• Commands & Command IDs (see the new list)
• The way that messages are acknowledged & the format of CAN messages
