#78 からのスピンオフ。DWG 7 の一体性を確保し、オープンな参加を保証していくためには、Smart Maps meetup の国際版を作ることが望ましい。

例えば、日本時間22:00からで45分から1時間くらいの枠。頻度は月に1回か。UN Open GIS Monthly と逆位相とかで組む感じとすると、両方出る人は2週間に1回となる。

@hfu very sorry for the late reply! I just got started with instruction for this quarter. This time works for me! Although for future meet-ups would it be possible to meet on Thursdays (Friday in JST/IST)? If not, I can keep to this time!
