This PR:

Adds a new .readthedocs.yaml file for ReadTheDocs builds (see: https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/stable/config-file/v2.html. This seems to be recommended.)
Fixes the tutorial's title
Adds a badge for the documentation build to the README.md
