Design a pretty 404 page

This is accidentally in a TODO file I left, and it looks like everything is done (except for that) so I'm opening the issue to remove the file!

That's correct, and yes of course! Right now our 404 page literally just says "404":

And one thing that makes sites really unique is having special 404 pages! They even have lists of them:

So you are assigned - and please have fun, be creative, and if you want to brainstorm or chat with folks about ideas a good place would be the slack.
