[Bug] Next Class Notification pop in wrong time on Android

Expected behavior

Show notification before 10 minutes of class

Actual behavior

The notification is shown after class at a wrong time
For example I receive notification on 0900 Sosc1980 in the evening, and 1500 comp4411 minutes before, my friend received 1500 comp2611 noti at 0000

Steps to reproduce

Nothing need to be done to reproduce

Environment

• App Version: 4.1.1
• Phone Model: Huawei p10 lite
• OS Version: Android 8
• OS Language: English
