[Grade-Android] Scroll to wrong semester when expanding the cards

Expected behavior

Should scroll to the latest card expanded

Actual behavior

Always scroll to the first semester you expand

Steps to reproduce

The card of lastest sem is expanded by default, expand your earilest sem, expand your second last sem, it will scroll your earliest sem. Whatever semester you expand will scroll to earliest sem.

• App Version: 4.2.3
• Phone Model: Huawei p10lite
• OS Version: Android 8
• OS Language: English
