[seafile] broken guide due to glibc #1283

It seems that the guide does no longer work with the current releases of seafile. It requires glibc2.25 which is not provided on CentOS7.

the same issue has come up for rocket chat (see #1272 ).

maybe @Finn0811 as original author knows how to fix this?
