Does anyone know how to solve ? im still getting this issue and didnt find how to solve.

It doesn't look like an Octodash issue but an issue with xorg.
I can see here 2 problem :

  • No screen found -> Xorg configuration isn't pointing the right screen.
  • Connection refused -> your pi user doesn't have the access to launch X server.

If you are on a fresh install of Octopi you need to install the touch driver as describe here first :
https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/3.5inch_RPi_LCD_(A)#Install_the_touch_driver

Secondly, you need to install Octodash with the script :)

If you already did the first point and you have the same issue, you will need to grant some permissions.
