Unable to install this plugin #55

Hi,

My redmine version is 2.5.1.
When I install the plugin I have this error :
uninitialized constant IssueTag

Do you know why ?

You should rename the plugin folder name from "redmine_tagging-master" to "redmine_tagging".

This tripped me up too. Would be great to put in the installation instructions.
