When computing the LFC we look for the first intersection of the ideal parcel profile and the measured temperature profile. Unfortunately, that is always the surface since the parcel path and temperature are the same there.

I have it working on a few example soundings by simply removing the first data point of the temperature and parcel path. Anyway we can think of that this could break in a horrible way?
