information about power over ethernet (poe) interfaces

There should be a way of filtering and displaying information about Power over Ethernet interfaces for instance to find which ones are not in use on a switch.

There is also a wish to see how much power is available on a given switch.

Users also want to be able to toggle PoE on the switch

POWER-ETHERNET-MIB provides relevant information and is supported on major platforms. However it does not provide mapping to physical modules/ports.
