CISCO-POWER-ETHERNET-EXT-MIB is the proprietary mib for cisco equipment that supports powering other devices through their ports.

cpeExtPsePortEnable allows more control on how the port behaves. It has auto, static, limit and disable.

'limit' allows you to set milliwatt values, but we wont worry about that here. Static uses values from the power supply configuration or something, but i dont think we are interested in this. This issue is for adding an option of selecting between
'auto' and 'disabled.
