Describe the bug

It seems PortAdmin has stopped working for Cisco switches in NAV 5.8.0 and 5.8.1.

When opening PortAdmin for a Cisco switch, users are met with the following error message:

This interface does not have PoE indexes defined

The list of ports and config detaisl are shown, but everything is read-only. This was likely introduced with the Power-over-Ethernet configuration features that were added in 5.8.

To Reproduce

  1. Search for a Cisco switch configured with an SNMP write profile in the NAVbar
  2. Click on 'Configure ports`
  3. See error

Expected behavior

PortAdmin should still work as normal for Cisco switches, even if they do not support Power-over-Ethernet.
