Just use the uniswap v3 pool -> USDT-WETH pool as an example,
If I want to know the WETH-> USDT price impact and amoutOut I can use the sdk to work it out, but If I want to know USDT-> WETH, I get wrong messages

What exactly is the wrong message you are getting from the SDK? How did you initialize the Pool?
