I have searched for documentation everywhere, but I only find information about the raspberry and not for Windows PC.
I'm trying unsuccessfully to add scrapers on Emustation (Windows PC) with Universal-XML-Scraper.
In the path configuration I set everything up correctly (I hope)
Path of EMustation : D:\Emustation\EmulationStation
Path Roms PC Engine D:\Emustation\EmulationStation\roms\Nec PC Engine
Path of XML File C:\Users\Arcadia.emulationstation\gamelists\pcengine
the images are downloaded perfectly, but EMustation continues not to see the scrapers, I don't understand for what reason.
Could anyone help me?

Copy of XML file

D:\Emustation\EmulationStation\roms\Nec PC Engine1943 Kai (J) [a2].pce 1943 Kai [] This is an enhanced version of 1943: The Battle of Midway, with most of the graphics and sounds reworked. There are also changes in the weapons and the inclusion of anachronical items such as laser-firing WWII planes and ships that run on ground. The player controls a biplane Boeing Stearman E75 N68828 instead of the P-38.

The PC Engine adaptation adds some original levels to those from the arcade version, as well as animated intermissions.

I noticed that for each game "" is missing, however even adding \ by hand, our emustation for Windows cannot display any information about the game.
