ERROR: Sentence n01120008 token 7 -- WP lemma 'whom' does not match lemma-exception applied to form 'whom', expected 'who'

This is not unified in EWT & GUM... mind starting a discussion about that first?

It's a todo task per https://universaldependencies.org/en/pos/PRON.html#relativeinterrogative-wh-pronouns:

TODO: tag whom(ever) for case; lemmatize whom as who and whomever as whoever

The discussion will be in UniversalDependencies/docs#517. Looks like no clear decision has been made for this.
