WSDL Generation soap address incorrect #59

generating the wsdl for Weka Service results in a soap address such as

<soap:address location="http://localhost:8080/Weka3.7CXF/services/

instead of

<soap:address location="http://localhost:8080/Weka3.7CXF/services/WekaServicePort/
