Describe the feature request

A notification system to inform users about changes in Unleash they need to attend to.

Background

Simplify collaboration and allowing users to stay up to date on latest changes and things they care about.

Novu Looks great @Cliftonz, but a bit unsure if it makes sense to embed into Unleash..?

What additional technologies would the users have to run? Are all providers API based? What about storing user preferences?

I would particularly like more details on the notification-center, as this would be a crucial part for Unleash.
