Changes Made:

• When performing a search and filter action, the displayed text is now "Search and Filter."
• You can now choose to have an expandable behavior for the search component. Currently, this is implemented for project toggles, all toggles, and the change requests list.
• Additional spacing has been introduced for search instructions.
• The combined search and filter now appear on the same line as their respective label.
• A parent component can now detect when the search component is focused or blurred. This functionality is utilized to control the visibility of the "Feature Toggles (count)" within the project toggles list.
