Fix type checker for ArrayExp to handle vectors #31

The type checker for ArrayExp currently handles SeqType, ProductType and TypeRef, but not VectorType. Since array expressions are used to access vectors in the physmod library, type checking for arrays should handle vectors. It should possibly also handle matrices.
