Beschrijf de verbetering
Op het moment is het onduidelijk welke tijdzone er wordt gehanteerd als het gaat om de datum velden binnen de BRK. Hier gaan de meeste vanuit dat dit de lokale Nederlandse tijd is, maar zodat er geen misverstanden plaatsvinden, lijkt het ons verstandig om dit expliciet te documenteren.
