Description of Issue

An upgrade to version 0.31 of wheel has broken the installation of agent code

The installation of the listener agent to succeed.

An error occurs

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Bootstrap platform
  2. Start platform
  3. Install listener scripts/core/upgrade-listener (or any other agent)
