[Feature] Add Toggle Feature where toggles can be dependant on other toggles #286

Hello,

a nice feature to have in the Toggle Component is to have Toggles, which are dependant on other toggles.

In my use case for example, I would have two toggles, one enables a hoodie mesh and another one which sets a blendshape to put up the hood as well as set a blendshape on the body to move the hair. (The second one should be able to be saved)

If I just have the two toggles next to each other and just the second one enabled it moves the hair, even when the hood is disabled.

I don't really care how the implementation exactly would look like but this way, it would be out of the way of other features in the toggle like exclusive tags.

Thanks
