Describe the bug
holding 'p' pastes things into the wrong places (i.e. skips lines sometimes instead of pasting all the lines consecutively)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. open a file you don't much care about :P
  2. at one of the first few lines of the file, write a loud comment like a fixme or something you wanna repeat so you don't forget to do it before committing :P
  3. hit escape to go to normal mode but keep your cursor to that line
  4. do a yy
  5. hold "p" for a few seconds
  6. See the pasted lines end up interwoven within the original file like a beautiful quilt

Expected behavior
The line pastes are consecutive

Screenshots

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • Extension (VsCodeVim) version: 0.16.9
  • VSCode version: 1.27.2
  • OS: Linux - on kubuntu bionic

Additional context
I'm pretty sure this is a new bug post-0.16.6, because I'm sure I would have noticed it before - holding p like a maniac is something I do routinely.
