Implement hotkeys such as https://gist.github.com/m3nd3s/3959966. Should also include for example 2j for 2 down and 2<enter> to open file in 2nd window.

Preferably support all nerdtree features. But minimally support number prefixed hjkl, number prefixed opening of files in existing windows and opening new windows.
