Describe the bug
I updated the Vscode vim plugin and pasting stopped working in command mode on OSX, but it works if I use Ctrl+v. I tried to remap Ctrl-v to Cmd-v but that didn't work either.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Press '/' to enable command mode
  2. Press 'Cmd+v' to paste what's on the clipboard
  3. Paste doesn't work
  4. Press 'Ctrl+v' to paste what's on the clipboard
  5. Paste works

Expected behavior

  1. Press '/' to enable command mode
  2. Press 'Cmd+v' to paste what's on the clipboard
  3. Paste works
  • Extension (VsCodeVim) version: 1.11.0
  • VSCode version: 1.38.1
  • OS: OSX High Sierra
