In previous versions of VSCodeVim I was able to apply csw" key combination to wrap the word with quotes.
But now this feature is not working and I don't see any mentions about it in documentation.
What happened? Is it possible to make this feature working again?

OS: Linux
Version: 1.21.5

This solution works for me.
Is it the only possible variant?
Can vim.normalModeKeyBindings be used?
