Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently if trying to rerun tests when testrail run id is passed there entire test suite will be tested. It would be nice if there will be an opportunity to rerun only failing tests.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add some command line flag like --tr-failed-only and filter tests with only tests with appropriate testrail status.
