Character Sidebar Update(Dota labs)

Description

Dota has a hero sidebar that hasn't been updated in a while, but many players use it. Please update this function, it fits very well with the theme of "Dota Labs".

I don’t think that they'll update or fix this side panel\bar, they stopped maintaining it a long time ago and it seems they even wanted to remove it from the game, but for some reason they haven’t done it yet.

If the developers take up and improve this old function, then most people (or at least many times more people) will use it. Am I wrong? It’s not used because of bugs, that’s the whole point. At the moment, Valve has focused on updates in favor of quality and frequency of updates rather than cosmetics. I believe that this is a good opportunity not only to add new functions to the Dota laboratory, but also to fix / improve old game functions.
