not receiving hero tokens since the start of the event

Description

I thought the latest patch earlier would fix the problem.. but it still is. i cant moved on lvl in the event. I need a melee token I played more than 5x and won using melee heroes in the pool where can I get melee tokens since the start of the event but still not any single token dropped.

I have the same problem as everyone else. Started event got the free token to start and the 3 coins and then.....nothing. I win games lose games doesn't matter. I never get tokens.
