FPS drops because aposthrophe sign isn't properly rendered (using in-game guides)

Description

FPS drops significantly on several occassions because apostrophe sign isn't properly rendered. Issue is present when using in-game guides.
I will present screenshots with and without the guide.
Let's take into example this guide by ZVERMIX:

1. • Level 15 talent which contains apostrophe desciption:
     
   • Level 15 talent which doesn't contain apostrophe description:
     
     
     Note that fps with apostrophe description is 50 while without it is 145
     

2. • Level 20 talent which contains apostrophe desciption:
     

   • Level 20 talent which doesn't contain apostrophe description:
     
     
     Note that fps with apostrophe description is 55 while without it is 144
     

3. • Item with guide description:
     

   • Item without guide description:
     
     

While you can see that fps is similar, the time when tooltip appears:

• with guide description you drop fps to 110 quickly recovering to 149
• without guide description you drop fps to 130 quickly recovering to 149
  

The issue here causing fps drop:

• If you don't have Aghs and/or your team needs more physical damage - SHOULD BE THIS
• If you don&t have Aghs and/or your team needs more physical damage - IS ACTUALLY THIS
