Incredibly long Queue times 60+ Still no match found

Getting put into games with Russians only who are pubstomping me. I'm new and I'm trying to learn the game, I just completed my 100 hours and am trying ranked. In my 100 hours I only played a few heroes and only 3-5 queued with my friends. My friends are all able to find a ranked match in a normal amount of time 1-3 minutes. And I'm stuck with 40+ minute Queues with russians and ancient/legend bracket. Something with your algorithm bugged out, I am not an ancient level player. I did formerly play HON for a few years but that was in 2020. Please is there any way to get this fixed. It's gotten to the point where I'm unable to find a match in USE or USW. Put the match ID of my last game that I was in which I had no business being in. Your support is appreciated.

Same here. I can only find a game if I switch to Peru or EUW regions but then my ping is 130+

Why can I not find a game during 100 new player hours or calibration games on the US servers?
