Currently unable to load into a match

After accepting the game, we're stuck on the screen shown below (taken from the reddit thread) with "Requesting data" until it eventually times out and we get a cooldown for not joining the game. I have tried it multiple times and now have a long cooldown.

I played a few games right up until the patch was released and everything was fine, if that helps.
