Dark Willow in Shadow Realm is only targetable by allies via the top bar portrait

Description

This has been an issue before and was supposedly fixed (works in demo mode). However, the behavior of Shadow Realm in demo mode is different from a real lobby. I suspect this is because the player has full control of all heroes in demo mode.

Problem:
When Dark Willow is in Shadow Realm, an ally cannot target Dark Willow unless using the top bar portrait.

I need to reiterate that the following examples can only be reproduced in a real lobby with each player controlling one hero, such as a custom All Pick lobby.

Example:

• Dark Willow enters Shadow Realm
• Ally Dazzle attempts to cast Shallow Grave by clicking on Dark Willow's hero model
• Cast is unsuccessful and the game says no valid targets

Example 2:

• Dark Willow enters Shadow Realm
• Ally Dazzle attempts to cast Shallow Grave by clicking on Dark Willow's mini-portrait on the top bar
• Cast is successful
