Do not match with, or against parties doesn't function but the option is still available #2369

Under advanced options, enabling "Strict Solo Queue Matchmaking" no longer has any effect, but the option is still available. Option should be removed if it's no longer possible.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Go to advanced options, turn on "Strict Solo Queue Matchmaking"
  2. Enter a game
  3. Get matched with or against other parties

I gave the option but still party members in game
