Spanish Interface: Item Cooldown and Mana written at incorrect place.

Description

• In Spanish translation(haven't tested all translations), the Cooldown and Mana are displayed at incorrect place for all items. This is happening as the Items have a differnt name in Spanish, and the English name of the item is the first entry in the Item description. Also the Blue background present for Actives is greyed like it is passive.

This doesn't happen in Italian translation, as the English name field is placed after the active/passive description.

• For Spanish(haven't tested all translations), items that don't have a Active or Passive, for them the English name of the Items, flows in the Lore section of the Item. Checked in Italian, for such Items English name is not even present in the translation.
