Symptoms

Starting the game will create a ghost process that will hang around for about 15 seconds before terminating. The game window will never appear before the process terminates.

Trying to use the config tool spits out this error. This process has to be killed manually.

Just launch the game or the config tool.

Issue can be fixed with copying d3dcompiler_47.dll from the /launcher/ directory to the game install folder
