Compatibility Report

I confirm:

  • that I haven't found an existing compatibility report for this game.
  • that I have checked whether there are updates for my system available.

Symptoms

WebM, MP4 and WMV media playback does not work in-game (black screen/interaction hang) and consistent application crashes on exit:

Reproduction

  1. Select the title within your Library using the Steam client and press the Play button
  2. Within My Room select Watch > Video Player then open a relevant file from your local drive
