[TF2] Explosions ineffective if target's eye is not in direct sight (aka. splash bug/stair bug) #2486

Hello,

Explosions will not hit a target if their eye is covered by a wall although they might be within the radius of the explosion and other parts of the body are in direct sight of the explosion.
A naive (and probably ignorant) solution would be to raycast to the 8 points forming a bounding box around the player if within radius.

Note: This probably affects other Source games, I can't test to make sure, sorry.
