Whenever I shine a light on a decal, It erases it until I stop shining it, This wasn't a problem in GoldSRC. It effects any Source game with the flashlight.
EDIT: Half Life 2: MMod will fix this issue, Potentially ask the creator for permission to take their fix and apply it to the official branch of Source? https://www.moddb.com/mods/hl2-ep2-enhased-mod
