csgo very slow map loading time

  Timing cached reads: 19238 MB in 1.99 seconds = 9661.81 MB/sec
  Timing buffered disk reads: 380 MB in 3.02 seconds = 126.02 MB/sec

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. maps are loading extremely slowly like 5-8 min
2. i am already using cl_forcepreload 1
   3.what could be reason i googled and checked exiting issues but found nothing
   4.not sure if it is my hardware issue
